Terms of Service

ELAV provides software for business teams to connect work sources, build source-backed memory, ask questions, prepare briefs, and review proposed actions before anything consequential happens.

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into these terms.
• If you use ELAV for a company, you represent that you have authority to use the service for that company.
• You are responsible for the users, credentials, source connections, and activity under your account.

You keep ownership of the content, source artifacts, prompts, outputs, and business context you provide to ELAV. You grant ELAV the limited rights needed to host, process, analyze, display, and secure that content so the service can work.

You are responsible for having the rights, permissions, notices, and consents needed to connect third-party sources such as email, chat, calendar, CRM, files, meeting notes, or similar systems.

• AI-generated answers, summaries, memories, and drafts may be incomplete or incorrect.
• You should review source evidence before relying on important outputs.
• ELAV may propose actions, but you remain responsible for deciding whether to approve, send, publish, or execute anything.
• ELAV does not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, or other professional advice.

• Do not use ELAV unlawfully, abusively, or to violate another person's rights.
• Do not try to bypass security, access controls, source permissions, rate limits, or tenant boundaries.
• Do not upload or connect data you are not authorized to process.
• Do not use ELAV outputs to train competing models or services unless we agree in writing.

Paid plans, credits, limits, renewal terms, and fees are described on the pricing page, order form, or other written agreement. We may update pricing or service packaging prospectively with reasonable notice where required.

ELAV relies on third-party services for hosting, authentication, source connections, analytics, email delivery, AI processing, and customer-connected tools. Your use of those connected services may be subject to their own terms.

We may suspend or terminate access if an account is unpaid, creates security risk, violates these terms, or uses the service in a way that could harm ELAV, another customer, or a third-party service.

ELAV is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses caused by user-approved actions, third-party services, or inaccurate AI outputs.
